Map overlap is derived from shared Points
Two Maps overlap only when one assembled Point has records in both, and that overlap means shared context rather than dependency or ownership.

A processor forms the set of Maps represented by each Point’s anchor and context records. Every unordered pair in that set contributes one derived overlap entry supported by the Point identity. Authored related-Map declarations are unnecessary and could disagree with the records.
Overlap means only that two semantic domains contribute to the same context identity. It does not establish hierarchy, dependency, authority, ownership, lifecycle coupling, or publication inclusion. Consumers must preserve the supporting Point identifiers so a reader can inspect why the relationship exists.
