Point
Fixtures pin observable behavior
The fixture manifest records exact completeness, validity, diagnostic ordering, and selected normalized output for executable conformance evidence.

Each registered fixture declares whether processing is complete, whether the Atlas is valid, the exact ordered diagnostic codes, and an optional normalized snapshot. Valid and invalid examples cover structural discovery, text and JSON safety, identity assembly, context boundaries, lifecycle, relations, Resources, Checks, and publication absence.
The fixture gate compares exact outcomes rather than accepting any failure as evidence for the intended rule. This makes regressions visible to another implementation and ties the human requirement to reproducible input and output. Fixture volume is inventory, not proof of semantic usefulness.
Conformance evidenceExact fixture outcomes are reproducible conformance evidence that independent implementations can compare.
